Appointments are available 7 days a week, 10:00am-7:30pm. Choose your service and appointment time in our scheduler below. A credit card is required to guarantee all appointments (including social media deals), but your card is not charged unless you fail to show up or cancel your appointment after our cancellation deadline.

If you are having difficulty with online scheduling, feel free to call us at 916-860-0137 (9:30am – 8pm, 7 days a week. We welcome calls, but we’re a busy practice with minimal office staff, and so it isn't always easy to reach us by phone. We do our best to handle as many calls as we can, but sometimes it gets pretty busy. Emails are usually a more efficient way to reach us.
Tandem appointments (two people at the same time) are also available for online scheduling. Tandems are available 7 days of the week. Mid-day appointments are often available with a couple of days notice; evenings and weekends often book out 5 to 10 days in advance.
Individual appointments are often available within 24 hours, and (by phone) sometimes same-day. The schedule below is updated real-time as availability changes, but there are some appointments available that will not show in the online scheduler, so you can always call to check. We also maintain a cancellation list, and may be able to fit you into a cancellation sooner if your schedule is flexible.
You may upgrade a daily deal coupon to a 90 minute Swedish/integrative session for an additional $15. Schedule the appropriate 90 minute appointment, make a note that you’re using your Groupon in the notes field, and we will collect the additional at the time of your appointment.
You may also upgrade your daily deal from a One hour Swedish or Integrative Swedish massage to any of our other services for a small fee (with select therapists):

Concerned about using a daily deal coupon before it expires? We’ve got you covered. As long as you put in the appointment request before the expiration date of your daily deal, we will honor the coupon at full value, even if the appointment takes days or weeks after the expiration date. The only catch is... once the expiration date of the deal passes, you will not be able to change or reschedule the appointment without losing the promotional value of the offer, so please be sure that the date you're choosing will work for you.
If you cannot attend a scheduled session, we require that you cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. (48 hours for tandem appointments.) Failure to cancel a scheduled appointment will incur a charge equal to the value of the scheduled session.
Please plan to arrive 10 to 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. We schedule tightly, and want to give you the full time you’ve paid for, so if you are late, it will cut into the time available for your session. If you fail to show up for your appointment, you will incur a a charge equal to the value of the scheduled session.

We usually confirm within a few hours at most, but some appointments can take longer to confirm, up to 1-2 days in some cases. We value your business and genuinely appreciate your patience and understanding.
